NetLibrary and AMACOM to Simultaneously Release
eBooks and Print Copies of Popular Business Titles
Business Chat Series to Coincide with Book Releases
BOULDER, COLO.–Feb. 22, 2000–NetLibrary (www.NetLibrary.com), the world's premier provider
of electronic books over the Internet, today announced its plans to release eBook versions
of 14 AMACOM Books business titles at the same time print versions of the books arrive on
bookstore shelves. The simultaneous eBook release series will continue through the spring of 2000.
The series with AMACOM Books, the publishing arm of the American Management Association,
represents the largest simultaneous release of books in both formats in NetLibrary's
history. The first book of this series to be released in print and eBook formats is
The E-Commerce Question and Answer Book by Anita Rosen.
Several of the simultaneous releases will be spotlighted by a business chat series
on the NetLibrary website. The 'Talking Business' series will feature prominent authors
discussing their books and current business issues. Anita Rosen will kick off the series
by discussing the opportunities and challenges presented by the evolving landscape of the
e-commerce marketplace.
The E-Commerce Question and Answer Book will be featured on the NetLibrary website by the
end of February. Anita Rosen's chat is scheduled for Tues., Feb. 29, 2000, at 9 p.m., EST.
Peter Cohan, author of E-Profit: High Payoff Strategies for Capturing the E-Commerce Edge
will be the featured author for a chat on Thurs., April 27, 9 p.m., EST.
